As always, our Personal Support and Home Care Services will be operating throughout the festive season, to continue to provide support during this time.
Please note that our reception will be closed across all Spinal Life offices from 1pm Friday 23 December 2022 and will reopen at 8.30am Tuesday 3 January 2023. We will have limited team members in our offices to complete essential tasks.

Healthy Living Centre Cairns
The Healthy Living Centre in Cairns will be closed as per the above dates, with no therapy appointments available until Tuesday 3 January 2023.
Gym members have access to the gym from 7am-7pm every day (including public holidays).
Our fully accessible accommodation is operating as usual throughout the festive season for a relaxing summer break.
Healthy Living Centre Brisbane
The Healthy Living Centre in Brisbane will also be closed as per the above dates, with no therapy appointments available until Tuesday 3 January 2023. Physiotherapy will be unavailable until Monday 9 January due to staff leave.
Fitness hub members have access to the Centre from 6am-8pm every day (including public holidays).
Personal Support and Home Care Services
While our reception may be closed, the usual support and contact arrangements will be available for Personal Support and Home Care Services.
The Urgent After-Hours Shift Response team will be available daily between 6.00am to 10.00pm on 0418 884 981 to assist with urgent shift fill requirements and changes.
Supports Coordination
We will have a Supports Coordinator on call for emergencies during the office closure period, except for the public holidays, so we can continue to assist NDIS participants with urgent needs. Simply call 1300 774 625 and follow the prompts to reach the team.
Plan Management
All invoices must be received for payment by the close of business on Thursday 22 December to be processed by the end of the year. Any invoices received after this date will be processed for payment on Tuesday 3 January 2023.
Back2Work
Our Back2Work team will be unavailable from 5pm Friday 23 December 2022 until 8.30am Monday 9 January 2023 due to staff leave.
