FAQs about the Bridge to Brisbane
All the information is available on the Bridge to Brisbane website but we have highlighted some key information below for you.
- There are two races – 5km and 10km. The 5km course (Pink Walkers) is the most popular one for those not wanting to ‘race’ or it’s their first time doing the Bridge to Brisbane. It is also the category that our team will be participating in. This link shows the elevation of the course as there is quite a steep gradient coming out of the CLEM7 tunnel to be wary of.
- There are Race Marshals positioned along the course to assist with any medical issues.
- There are accessible toilets at the start and finish lines but not along the course.
- Those with a companion card can register their support worker to receive free entry for them. Once you have completed your own entry form email info@bridgetobrisbane.com.au with a copy of your companion card to request a discount code to register your support worker.
- Spinal Life/Sporting Wheelies will not be providing any support staff for the event, so we encourage you to organise to have your support worker or friends and family join you in the race, especially if it is your first time.
