At our Healthy Living Centres in Brisbane and Cairns as well as our Spinal Life Offices, we offer a range of classes to support your health and wellness, delivered by our highly experienced allied health team. Whether you need to stretch your muscles or manage pain, or are looking to improve your upper limb function, there is something here for everyone.
We accept all payment options and can provide advice on seeking funding for our services.

Upper Limb Therapy
We offer Upper Limb Therapy one-on-one consultations in Brisbane and group classes and one-on-one consultations in Cairns. These sessions suit anyone looking to work on their hand and arm function to assist with day-to-day activities including putting on a shirt, typing on a keyboard and picking up a pen.

Hydrotherapy
Looking to improve your range of motion, reduce pain and improve muscle strength? Our experienced Exercise Physiologists offer hydrotherapy appointments at both our Cairns and Brisbane Centres. Hydrotherapy can be beneficial for a variety of conditions, including arthritis, rehabilitation after joint replacements or injury, stroke, acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy, post-polio syndrome, multiple sclerosis as well improving general strength and fitness. Completing exercises in a hydrotherapy pool places less strain on your joints, with more freedom of movement, but still provides the same benefits as a regular workout.

Adaptive Yoga and Meditation Classes
You can access adaptive yoga and meditation classes in Cairns. These classes can help to reduce stress and improve your strength, balance, joint health and general health and wellbeing.

60-minute classes are run by Yoga Instructor Catherine.

Driving Assessments
Is a physical disability, injury or medical condition affecting your driving ability? Our registered Driver Occupational Therapists have received specialist training to assist people with a physical disability to return to driving or start for the first time.
Brisbane
When: We offer individual sessions on the fourth Wednesday of every month.
Where: Healthy Living Centre, 109 Logan Road, Woolloongabba
Assessments can also be arranged on other days, subject to availability.
Cairns
When: We offer individual sessions by appointment.

Bundaberg

Spasticity Clinic
In partnership with Queensland Rehabilitation Specialists we now offer help with spasticity management, for people living with Cerebral Palsy, Spinal Cord Injury, Traumatic Brain Injury or following a Stroke.
